电磁加热辊技术原理

电磁感应加热辊是利用电磁感应原理将电能转换为热能的能量转换过程。当电源接到控制器,电磁控制器将交流电整流、滤波、逆变成20—40KHz的高频交流电流,高速变化的电流通过电磁线圈时,产生高速变化的磁场,磁场内的交变磁力线通过金属辊体时,金属辊体内产生无数的小涡流,由于金属辊体具有电阻特性,使金属辊体本身自行快速发热。辊体内的温度传感器对辊体检测,并传输到控制柜的温控仪中显示和控制,控制信号通过数据线再输入到电磁控制器中,从而对辊体的温度精确控制。


Electromagnetic induction heating roller is an energy conversion process that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into thermal energy. When the power is connected to the controller, the electromagnetic controller rectifies, filters, and inverts the AC current into a high-frequency AC current of 20-40KHz. When the rapidly changing current passes through the electromagnetic coil, a rapidly changing magnetic field is generated. When the alternating magnetic lines in the magnetic field pass through the metal roller body, countless small eddy currents are generated inside the metal roller body. Due to the resistance characteristics of the metal roller body, it quickly heats up on its own. The temperature sensor inside the roller body detects the roller body and transmits it to the temperature controller in the control cabinet for display and control. The control signal is then input into the electromagnetic controller through a data cable, thereby accurately controlling the temperature of the roller body.
